De TROS Top 50 was een hitparade die door de TROS op donderdagmiddag werd uitgezonden op Hilversum 3 van 1 juni 1978 tot en met 28 november 1985. Op dezelfde zender werd toentertijd op vrijdagmiddag de Nederlandse Top 40 door de VOO uitgezonden en op zondag volgde dan de NOS met de Nationale Hitparade. Toen de TROS Top 50 ten einde liep, werd ook de zenderkleuring voor de vijf Hilversumse zenders geïntroduceerd. Hilversum 3 veranderde toen in Radio 3.
